The purpose of this attribution section is to explain in plain terms that the company, Amber Garage, grants to all users/creators an approval for conduction Derivative Works in relation to the Holokit to which the company owns the rights to. All users/creators who conduct Derivative Works in relation to the Holokit regardless of there or not they paid consideration, shall be deemed to have agreed to the contents of our License by starting use of the Holokit.

What CAN users/creators do?

• Users/creators can use Holokit to create Derivative Works, such as app development (commerically or non-commerically), hardware modification (non-commerical) and academic works.
• Users/creators can release and distribute the Derivative Works of the Holokit by the creator themselves. In doing so, the creator shall declare that it will have the users receiving such distributions and follow the terms of the License by indicating either of the Holokit Logo signs.

What CAN’T Users/creators do?

• Mass production and sales of the Holokit without Company's permission
• Use a work created by others and release or distribute it by disguising it as your own work or Use works owned by others without obtaining approval from the owner of such works.
• Use in a way that might damage the value and dignity of the Company and Holokit.
• Use the Holokit for the purpose of offending other, discrimination others, or hurting others.
• Use the Holokit in relation to certain beliefs or religious views, or making political statements.
• Using the Holokit in a manner which may lead others in falsely thinking their work is an official product of the Company without permission of the Company.

In order to present that Derivative Works conducted by use of the Holokit are under the Company’s Licensing agreement, creators shall mark with the words, "Works with HoloKit", or display either of the following two Holokit Logos on the Derivative Work itself when releasing and/or distributing the Derivative Works.

Redistribution of the Holokit

When redistributing the Holokit through, whichever means, in addition to posting the Holokit Logo, a set of license related files shall be included in the distribution. Said licensing files may be found in our code.

Full text of this License and user Guidelines

This attribution section as a summarized version of the Holokit License Terms. The full text of the License Terms can be found here. The legal relationship between users/creators and the Company in relation to the License shall adhere in total to the Full Text of the Holokit License Terms. The Full Text License Terms shall prevail over the summarized version if any contradictions or inconsistencies between the two are discovered.
